Business is my life. I enjoy working with people and seeking opportunities for establishing new contacts. I search for win-win solutions that lead to long-term collaboration. I have a personal drive and determination that help me manage projects to the end and within the set up time period. I focus on solutions rather than on problems. Thanks to my analytical skills and ability to presume potential drawbacks I can set up the goals in an effective and realistic way.

I perceive the marketing as a part and parcel of business. In my opinion there are two main objectives for each marketing deal: Every output must be eye-catching and creative and it must contain well-defined are clear performance indicators.

There are many ways to lead people. In my work, I try to act as an example for my colleagues and apply the coaching style rather than the authoritative. Personal satisfaction in the team is the basis for motivation. Only motivated people contribute to successful business.

As an entrepreneur and an owner of my own company I know very well how important is to monitor the financial flows. Higher incomes from business without a meaningful monitoring of expenses are useless. We have to take both parts seriously. This is the only way leading to the continuous development and growth of the company.

  • As a co-founder of a new advertising agency I have managed to create a successful and creative production team that has worked for clients such as Philips, Adidas, Shopping Gallery Myslbek, Reebok, Frisco, PROSTAMOL Uno, Bramac, SYSTANE, Total, Fiat, Lancia etc.
  • Among my main tasks there was dealing with our clients and to seeking new ones. I have also worked on the development of communication strategies and creative processes (B2B and B2C).
  • I have never stopped working on team development. In client services I have always aimed at the latest trends such as Content Marketing, Video Marketing and Inbound Marketing.
  • Thanks to my creative concepts we obtained interesting opportunities to work on TV commercials (PROSTAMOL UNO, Loseprazol), sales promotion (NG Myslbek, Ladymarin, Lancia) and direct mails (e.g. SOPO, Mercedes Benz).
  • All the time I have been trying to optimize work processes to make them more effective and cost competitive.
  • I have managed to plan and organise a huge marketing campaign taking place on the Wenceslas Square – High Heels Run. The budget for event, online communication and media support was covered by media partnership and client sponsoring.
  • One of my greatest professional success was creating a new 100% functional method of marketing and communication strategies. We put together our experience, know-how and coaching methods and achieved surprising results in real practice.
  • I have launched a new product for creating a large amount of videos - VideoVideo.

  • As a Sales Director I established a new sales and production team that I led for two years.
  • I set up new agency procedures and expanded the portfolio of services.

  • I optimized the costs and workflows significantly.
